Criminal

The Criminal Department is responsible for the filing of criminal records in the parish. Records of citations, indictments, arraignments, and dispositions of all criminal cases are maintained in the Clerks Office.

The minute clerk in this department keeps court minutes for each case on the Court's docket. The minutes will be available for public view once they have been typed.

Criminal Background Searches are available for $20.00.

The Clerk of Court does not accept payments for fines associated with criminal or traffic citations. For information regarding payment of fines, contact the Lincoln Parish Sheriff's Office at 318-251-5120.
