Highway Department

The Lincoln Parish Highway Department located at 189 Arkansas Plant Road in Dubach, Louisiana is responsible for the maintenance of parish roads and drainage. This work includes related surface maintenance, drainage, vegetation control, bridges, and traffic signs. Currently there are approximately 450 miles of hard surface roads and 47 miles of gravel roads in the parish system.

The department employs approximately 35 full time and temporary workers.
