Mr. Joe Henderson
Joseph L. Henderson Sr. was born and reared in Yazoo County Mississippi. He earned his B.S. Degree in Finance from Jackson State University. He is the pastor of The Mt. Calvary Baptist Church in Arcadia for the past 20 years. He and Lynda own and operate Henderson Financial Services, LLC. He moved to Ruston in 1981 and was elected to the Police Jury in 1992. He has served on numerous committees and as president. Currently he serves on the, Finance, Health, Insurance and Personnel committees.
